This is an invitation and permission slip for all of you whom perhaps have been feeling depleted, exhausted and burnout? I truly believe in laying the foundation first. I deeply value Health. Because ultimately 'Your Health is Your Wealth' and without it, you have nothing. This is a tough pill to swallow, yet once you truly process this, your life will change for the better.
More times than none what I see most is people NOT prioritising their health, and sadly it ends badly with chronic irreversible sickness and illnesses.
So this is where I come in: because prevention is better than cure. Here is what I know from working with many bodies and souls for 25+ years in the holistic wellness field is this ~ when you treat the body holistically, as an intelligent, ever changing consciousness, of mind, body, spirit, you can quite literally turn the hands of your fate in the name of your health.
This is WHY I have created The 'VIP Private Retreat', as it treats the mind, body and soul individually, which I truly do feel we need more conscious presence and aligned attention to detail. Plus you receive the added luxury of the entire schedule being pre- designed just for you.
It is very rare that we spend time with ourselves in this modern chaotic world, without any outside distraction. The OLD PIG SHED is a picturesque cabin in the countryside, situated on a working farm, which gives you opportunities to see cattle, sheep, and horses. The beautiful open space cabin comfortably sleeps two people with a comfy double bed, small kitchenette, WC and shower in private spaces within. The glass bifold doors allow you to sit inside or outside, on the balcony and enjoy the magnificent views. There is WIFI in the cabin. No TV, giving you chance to reconnect with nature's breathtaking views. You will have access to the cabin and balcony.
You are only five minutes from the M4, and only a short walk to our favourite coffee lodge, it is so cozy and cute, you will love it :-) Nearby there is rustic cozy pub and restaurant, very close to the stunning Wentwood forestry; famous for scenic, hiking trails and is highly popular with hikers, equestrians and dog lovers.
We are also just a short hours drive away from the magnificent Brecon Beacons which is honestly the most captivating landscapes in the whole of Wales and literally captures the Heartbeat of the Famous Dragon Energy.

THE RETREAT LOCATION
Jewel Zen Den is set amongst 50 acres of beautiful greenery with a stunning backdrop of the welsh countryside. We are a great location for escaping the hustle and bustle of concrete and city lights.
We are also only a 5 minute drive to the M4 with easy access to both Cardiff and Bristol.
The Retreat Sanctuary is situated directly off the A48, in Penhow, Caldicot.
There is a beautiful village just across the road from us called Parc Seymour, with a cozy coffee shop that is en-route to the stunning trees of Wentwood forest; a lovely hiking spot for dog walkers, avid hikers and horse riders.
Also we are very close to the stunning mountain peaks of the 'Brecon Beacons' - only an hours drive away, along with gorgeous waterfalls and other picturesque sites to see. (please see pictures below)

Founder of JEWEL ZEN DEN, Equine & Human Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher, Womb Health Practitioner, Medicine Woman, Sacred Feminine Leader & Mentor
Astraya brings with her 20 years plus, embodied experience within the holistic, wellness and spiritual, metaphysical field.
Having travelled the world internationally as a seeker of wisdom, and devotional guide with a mission to serve; she has facilitated a plethora of divine feminine empowered and inspired workshops, trainings and transformational retreats all over the world having also lived in Bermuda, Costa Rica, Peru, Hawaii and many more and just recently returning to her roots here in Wales, completing a full circle and cycle.
Astraya is elated and honoured to be sharing her legacy upon her own ancestral land, inspired through her love of horses, nature, and the supernatural magic of healing.
She has gathered various healing mediums and modalities through her personal life journey and continued educational studies including yoga, dance, massage and reiki, shamanism, priestess ritual, womb healing, equine massage and reiki therapy and so much more.
With her extensive healing toolkit supported by the healing presence of horses, her mission stands strong and rooted in embodying heaven on earth; with a co-creative vision to awaken love and deep seated presence within the heart of the collective.
Her latest creation Jewel Zen Den, a 'Holistic Equine Retreat Sanctuary' is an extension of her own healing transformation that was triggered from a life threatening illness which she transcended through the profound healing medicine of holistic wellness supported by her love of horses and understanding of horse medicine.
