I've always been fascinated by the majestic magnificence and intuitive intelligence of horses. Having grown up on a farm in Wales, and riding horses for most of my life,  Horses were undoubtedly my spirit animal, and a big part of who I remember myself to be, yet never would I have thought that these miraculous animals would have changed the trajectory of my life.

In early 2022, a serious mystery illness nearly took my life, and the healing spirit of the Horse came back with a 'horse power' that I could not ignore. After saving me from a very slow and harrowing death, which was later diagnosed as a parasitic illness, the spirit of the Horse literally saved my life.

I went from being 9 months bed-ridden, lifeless, weak and fragile to strong, free and resilient purely by being in the presence of horses.

I would sit with them for hours and hours, and would viscerally feel my  life force coming back online. Each month that passed by, my vitality became renewed and my soul re-birthed, it was an absolute miracle.

It didn't take me long to discover that the 'Spirit 'of the Horse was destined to be a BIG part of my healing work, it felt like a supernatural force was manoeuvring me to 'GIVE BACK' to these miraculous animals as they had given to me. 

With over 25 years of experience as a Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher, Nutritional Health Coach and Intuitive Healer, I absolutely know without a shadow of doubt you can overcome the darkest of challenges amidst rightful guidance and emotional healing support. No obstacle is too much, because I am a living testimony. If I can overcome it, so can you.

Today I invite you and your equine friend to experience the healing energy of an equine reiki session and the physical benefits of equine massage.

 I am here to support you both to heal and recover from health challenges, minor injuries, emotional distress, anxiety, nervous tension and dis-regulation and so much more.

I believe Horses are master healer angels, whom are highly sensitive and spiritual, with extraordinary healing powers who come here to teach us many soul lessons.
