We will meet at the holy, halfway point between winter solstice and spring equinox, where the darkness gives way to the light. In the Northern Hemisphere, this is when the days lengthen, and the light increases to bring forth spiritual rebirth and awakening into your life.

In the celtic traditions, this sacred day on Feb1/2 is known as Imbolc. Imbolc is associated with the Celtic Goddess of Fire, ( Brigid) the Goddess of healing, poetry and fertility, she whom represents hope, rebirth, new beginnings and the light returning out of darkness. 

This New Year Retreat will HOLD you through deep renewal; a cleansing process, whilst spotlighting your dreams and desires, so you can RELEASE what has been blocking you from truly magnetising and aligning to your dreams.

This retreat has been intentionally designed to ignite and illuminate what is most alive for you, so you can reclaim what you have repressed and suppressed; the parts of you that perhaps you might have buried and or even shut down. 

Instead of putting your needs last, your needs and desires come first here; your feelings are recognised and honoured as a sacred priority.

THE RETREAT LOCATION

 

Jewel Zen Den is set amongst 50 acres of beautiful greenery with a stunning backdrop of the welsh countryside. We are great location for escaping the hustle and bustle of concrete and city lights. 

And only a 5 minute drive to the M4 with easy access to both Cardiff and Bristol. 

The retreat sanctuary is situated directly off the A48, in Penhow.

There is a beautiful village just across the road from us called Parc Seymour, with a cozy coffee shop that is en-route to the stunning trees of Wentwood forest; a lovely hiking spot for dog walkers, avid hikers and horse riders.

The stunning peaks of the Brecon Beacons is only a hours drive away, along with gorgeous waterfalls and other picturesque sites to see. 

We truly are blessed to be situated in a very peaceful, idyllic setting that is designed to nourish and heal your soul from the inside out.

 

 

 

 

 

Meet Astraya,

 

Founder of JEWEL ZEN DEN, Equine & Human Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher, Womb Health Practitioner, Medicine Woman, Sacred Feminine Guide

Astraya brings with her 20 years plus, embodied experience within the holistic, wellness and spiritual, metaphysical field.

Having travelled the world internationally as a seeker of wisdom, and devotional guide with a mission to serve; she has facilitated a plethora of divine feminine empowered and inspired workshops, trainings and transformational retreats all over the world including Bermuda, Costa Rica, Peru, Hawaii and more and just recently returning to her roots here in Wales, completing a full circle and cycle.

Astraya is elated and honoured to be sharing her legacy upon her own ancestral land, inspired through her love of horses, nature, and the supernatural magic of healing. 

She has gathered various healing mediums and modalities through her personal life journey and continued educational studies including yoga, dance, massage and reiki, shamanism, priestess ritual, womb healing, equine therapy and so much more. 

With her extensive healing toolkit supported by the healing presence of horses, her mission stands strong and rooted in embodying heaven on earth; in faith to awaken love and presence within the heart of the collective.

Her latest creation Jewel Zen Den, a 'Holistic Equine Retreat Sanctuary' is an extension of her own healing transformation that was triggered from a life threatening illness which she transcended through the profound healing medicine of horses. 

The Retreat Sanctuary is set on a beautiful farm, within breathtaking views of stunning Wales, surrounded by majestic horses, where she guides and holds powerful heart healing and soul awakening  workshops, ceremonies and life - changing retreats.
